I really like the ease with which I was able to book my car service and tyre replacement on the website. I was surprised to find that I needed new tyres - apparently the walls were 'splitting' even thought there was plenty of tread left. The rear shock absorbers were replaced - also unexpected. I could not give a full 5/5 score because the mechanic who checked the pressure on the spare did not re-fit the spare wheel properly - partly my fault for not clearing out the accessories I put in the spare wheel well beforehand. Also, for a log-book service, why weren't all the boxes ticked on the check record in the maintenance diary? I was left wondering if those points were checked at all.

Friendly staff, great service everytime! My Mazda 3 runs better when serviced at MyCar than it ever did getting it serviced at Mazda!! I won't go anywhere else. They're honest and fast.
