Only qualm was that car wasn’t ready on time listed. But the gentleman that took care of the car and helped was great.

First impressions last
Customer service & knowledge is exceptional. They went above and beyond to help. They understood my concerns and managed to book my car in the next day even though they were fully booked. This is a very busy workshop and rightfully so!

Consistently reliable and friendly
I have had work done on a few cars in the past three years and every time it was a great experience. I must have gone there seven or more times and staff never got tired of being friendly and helpful. I made appointments, dropped the cars off and within just a few hours or less I got them back again. No mistakes, no delays and no unexpected costs. I will continue going back and got my son to follow suit. Congratulations Marsden team. We all know how difficult it is to please everyone all the time.
