The manager Trevor was very helpful
The manager Trevor was helpful, the service was carried out smoothly and the requested inspection identified issues that will be subject to a separate quote. Non of the issues needed immediate attention.

Stafford were awesome!
Stafford Mycar were awesome to accomodate my emergency issue when I walked in today.
They jumped in & sorted it immediately so I can get to work.
Thank you ( plus Good Samaritan no charge- appreciated)

Not informative, not caring enough to details
I told the guy that I heard a squeeze noise while turning the steering wheel. He seems not interested to hear and feedback to teh person who actually checks it.
After chekcing everything marked it as fine. However jump in the car turn it squeeze noise still exists. No change.
At least if the sound is hamrless - they need to take note from client and trying to look for a reason and feedback; even they could not find anything (which I doubt as there should be something with it)
Also in the booking there should have a 12 months road side assistant included. But from the paperwork there is nothing mentioned that and nobody told me how to or any other information.
That is dissappoiting.
I will need somebody to look at the noise while turning the steering wheel again but wont be them anyway as I will have the same answer.
