I only had a minor issue. They were extremely accommodating and they took care of my car whilst I went for a quick shop. Very pleased indeed.

DON'T GO THESE GOOSES. IM TAKING THEM TO VCAT FOR THE UNPROFESSIONAL MANNER IN WICH THEY TREATED ME AND MY VEHICLE. HAD TO GET THERE WORK REPAIRED ELSEWHERE.

Excellent customer service
I called late Friday afternoon with an issue that had just appeared on my car dashboard and spoke with Tony, who reassured me and booked me in straight away for the next morning which was Saturday.
I am sure they were busy but he fitted me in because he knew I was concerned and Phillip would take care of my car.

While my appointment was at 09:30 on a Friday morning, the crew had to be cajoled into commencing at 10:40. Apparently they were “very busy”.
Once started, the process was very friendly, quick, smooth and professional.

Prompt service in a great location
From the first contact call to the collection of the car was seamless.
We had a screw in our rear tyre and an appt was made at short notice. We were advised of the cost, and the time it would take (1 hour). Sure enough, 60 minutes later we were advised the car was ready for collection. What was really nice is the My Car Preston is located close to shops which made it possible to keep oneself busy.
