These guys are awesome 👌 I was new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go. When I called these guys that had my car straight in for a full log book service plus tyre replacement. They were understanding I’m a single mum and made sure they o my did what the car needed. Plus gave me a ride. Highly recommend, I will definitely be staying with these guys 👌

I contacted Matthew at Ocean Grove regarding an Hybrid vehicle which was close to overdue for servicing.
Matthew thoroughly researched what needed to be done, and responded promptly with reassuring details, a competitive quote, AND was able to schedule the service before the vehicle became badly overdue!!

Exceptional Customer Service
As a driving instructor my car needs to be safe and reliable.
I recently had a number of warning lights showing at random times and spoke to the team at myCar.
They diagnosed the problem late Tuesday afternoon,ordered the part, completed the repair, and had my car ready for Wednesday morning.
Great service and thanks to Matt and the team.

The whole process of booking my service…
The whole process of booking my service was terrific because the website was so easy to follow. Also being able to use Afterpay makes paying simple. Another plus was collecting points with Flybuys. I am extremely happy with the service my car had, and I want to say the staff were efficient, polite and helpful. They even drive me home after I delivered my car, and returned in the afternoon to drive me back to their office. I recommend MyCar for the great service I received - thank you Sean and James
