Honest and understandable assessment of cars issues. The mechanic was really thorough in explaining what needs to be done and even showed me the underneath of the car to clarify.

Had an urgent caravan tyre replacement required during my travels, in this case while camping at Port Macquarie. The particular tyre was not in stock and needed to be ordered in. A big shout out to the receptionist who went over and beyond the call of duty, following up with the supplier and personally driving to the couriers depot on Tuesday morning to pick up the tyre, ensuring I could meet my departure check out commitments at the park and continue my trip home safely. A big thanks also to the staff member who continuously kept me in the loop wrt progress.Its staff like these that ensure customer returns to Mycar service centers around the country.

Michael and the team were amazing, they went above and beyond for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
