A wonderful experience during a very busy time of year. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional, and were very helpful with replacing a damaged tire just before a public holiday. I would highly recommend the fantastic staff at the Preston mycar Tyre and Auto!

I feel like I wasn’t really offered a cheaper option for my tires or wheel alignment. I ended up paying $800 which I feel was a lot. I was quoted $79 for my wheel alignment but then heard a mechanic quoting someone $49 over the phone! I felt a little cheated.

Had an oil leak from last time which they again didn't check or fix
Asked to do back brakes said they were understaffed.
Asked to repair a flat tyre they didn't do.
Young staff member informed me they had no manager and were understaffed which if I knew would have gone to Northland store.
Wasted my time which I already didn't have.

Our contact gave good clear advice, no pushy sale pitch for repairs but sympathetic to the individual needs and pressures. Also independent thinking to double check repairs hurriedly done two days previously elsewhere, ensuring belts were at peak performance. Kept us feeling in control of the situation after experiencing difficult breakdown experience. Thankyou.

They fitted me in when others couldn't for an urgent repair. They were flexible with the drop off time as I had to be towed.

Came in for a $239 service. Paid over $730 due to mechanic breaking oil filter trying to get it off (it was over tightened apparently) and then needed to replace the part…won’t be going back.

There were a number of things I needed to have fixed on my car, and when I received the quote, I was very happy. I am grateful that a great job was done on fixing the varied things that needed to be fixed. My car is running much smoother now. Customer Service was faultless. Thankyou

Okay , first time using my car to carry out scheduled services. I'm hoping it's not going to be a decision I regret , as I've heard mixed reports ! Honestly I went to plenty Rd Preston because of a boss who'd worked at another store and I'd built up a repore with him . Hopefully it's all worth while 🤞

Had such a great experience with the lovely guy on duty in the Preston shop. I just had a simple tyre fix that I needed, and it was all so very quick, efficient, and just a nice bloke to deal with. I'd highly recommend it.
