Just noticed my swimming 🏊‍♂️ goggles that live in the glove box, Always, every time I finish swim they go back in. There now Gone, disappeared, poof 💨, after MYCAR booking. Radiator hose was placed on backwards, virtually Rubbing against manifold. Fixed at another MYCAR. Coolant was all bit empty after job, also topped up at MYCAR Wanniassa, , drivers foot rest hanging off, as was interior light. ( I put wadding behind, foot rest, & opened out prongs to secure light. Finally the heater actuator, supposedly seized up. Works fine, after I plugged it back in. Glad I didn’t by that new one he was ordering from Sydney. ( have to look glass half full, car seems to drive ok. Only need a new pair of stolen , swim goggles . & nothing else wrong with the car , thus far. Would’ve let the shoddy workmanship go, hate thieving. $25 swim goggles. Least they didn’t steal my togs , Speedo &60 plus . Took my coins and valuables out , luckily. Was checking out my bag in there office , when I walked to the bin, . Watch your belongings, empty vehicle.

I booked ahead of time for a rego check✅ they sent me an email reminding me ✅ It was done within an hour✅ They messaged to say it was ready✅ Had to get new front tyres and a wheel alignment, so was booked in two days later✅ The mechanic also shined up my tyre rims✅✅ nice caring touch. The reception was great as well.✅ Thankyou✅🌝✅

Staff very helpful. Price was good to undertake urgent repairs for my 2010 XR6 FG Ford Sedan. I am aged pensioner so money is scares. Staff also helped find me a side mirror that was damaged in public car park in the ACT. I needed replacement for new car registration.

Very disappointed with the service. I was simply told that my front tyres were “0 mm” and needed replacement, but no proper explanation, reason for the wear, or recommendations were provided.

The same workshop fitted these tyres and performed a wheel alignment only around 11,000 km ago, so I expected a proper assessment of why the tyres wore out so quickly. Instead, there was no discussion about possible alignment, suspension, pressure, or mechanical causes.

As a customer, I would expect clear communication, technical explanation, and guidance — not just being told to replace tyres without understanding the cause.

The Guys at Queanbeyan are great, they were really helpful. Gave me an estimated completion time when I dropped my car in, and my car was ready when they said it would be. Quality of work can’t be faulted.
Highly recommend.
