Liked: Very friendly staff, helpful and informative when I asked questions.

Disliked: Didn't contact me as they had the incorrect mobile on file (even though they had the right email and the right contact number from my previous service). Didn't proactively tell me what was actually done or if any faults were found during the service.

Staff are always helpful. They tried hard at accommodating your circumstances.

Fantastic service from the team for a roadworthy that was complicated as it was payed for by me but for my nieces car.

Great customer service

I was greeted with a bright and happy guy to check in my car for a service. He called mud morning to advise of the necessary things my car needed. When I checked in I asked whether my key could be dropped to me as I couldn't pick up my car with the closing hours and they were happy to do so as I worked with a shirt distance from the service centre. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was so easy to book online, service done in timely manner, SMS notification when car ready. Friendly helpful staff.

My husband thinks their price is a bit expensive, but I trust their service is good.

My experience today was surprisingly great!
I had experienced a punctured tyre, and gave them a call to explain that my tyre had popped and because I bought tyres previously, I was under the tyre life program.

I was already in their system and therefore didn't need to get out my receipt etc. so the phone call was great and the lady who I spoke to was able to help me straight away and said if I can come now, they'll help.

So popped on the replacement tyre and drove down, the guy who served me said it will be done in an hour and to my surprise again, it was completed within 30 mins.

Honesty from the staff. Getting the job done in time. And understanding of the customers and needs. Friendly bunch of guys easy to talk too.
