Disgusting behaviour, all these individuals should be sacked and I would recommend a new team
When a worker tells your wife to shut up as he isn’t talking to her. Throwing a tyre at your car and then picking it up and with force throwing it into the back of your car.

Always supportive and genuine

Staff very helpful and friendly, rang and advised what else was needed apart from regular service and advised what the cost round be. They were obliging in having car ready for pick up time required.

Eric and Adam were super friendly and extremely professional. The necessary works were clearly communicated and job was executed without any delays.

Great Service

I was quoted for DBA rotors with Bendix brake pads and what was fitted was a 'Repco' set! Fortunately, I discovered it in time and they adjusted the price after being challenged, but experience did leave a bad taste. Really disappointed with the experience and I can't trust this place anymore!

My 21 year old Astra was towed to Rosanna by the RACV, l thought its life was over. Bingo it was fixed and ready to drive the next day. Great result, thankyou.

The staff were great and the service excellent! Very good value for money.

Also, the fault was resolved satisfactorily.

I booked my car in for first thing on the Thursday morning as it was a nail in the front tyre that needed to be taken out. I was told that it would be an hour at the most. And that I would be sent a sms.
Well, I never received the sms. So I gave it 2 hours. And 'yes' the car was ready. But it would have been more helpful to receive the sms or at least, a telephone call, saying that my car was ready.

The mechanic took my car from 9am and texted at 4pm saying that the service was done. However, when ai came he said the problems I mentions were not done because they did not have time for that. While doing payment, I asked whether they stamped on the service book, they said yes. But I checked and it was not stamped. While having the log book, he asked me how many kms. So, it seems that I waste money on doing log book service because they did not follow the tasks listed in it.
