Great service from MyCar Rouse Hill! They were thorough and picked up on issues that needed fixing, explaining everything clearly. The team was very helpful and accommodating, even offering a small discount to help cover Uber costs when my car needed to stay overnight. Highly recommend!

My car was booked to have a wheel rotation & alignment. First date booked was cancelled by Mycar due to an electrical issue in the workshop. Work was re-booked for 5/5/26. I was asked to prepay for the rotation & alignment. When the car was apparently finished I was made aware there was some additional work recommended & to call back if I wanted it completed. After getting home I read the technician comments that they couldn’t do the wheel alignment due to excessive wear to the bushings to the control arms. I went back to the store to clarify with the Manager whereby he offered a refund for the alignment that he didn’t know wasn’t done. The problem I have with this is the cost to replace the control arms & the other recommended items came to $3750.00. Another example of older Australians being taken advantage of. I definitely won’t be back there
