Gordon remembered me from my last service. I had some cosmetic parts I forgot to pick up and he remembered me and still had them. He also gave me a run down of what would need to be done next service and the costs associated with those repairs. I really appreciate that, as it allows me time to save for my next service.

I always have a great outcome with my car being serviced, I needed my brakes fixed on top of the service and I received a courtesy call from Gordon asking if I wanted them fixed before proceeding work, they fixed it on the same day which i was very grateful that I didn’t have to bring my car back again.

Most recently Gordon took a look over my Kia which had been making a ghastly rattle sound when driving. Gordon quickly found the problem and fixed it free of charge for me.
As a woman I really appreciate the trust I can put in Gordon and the team in being honest and not ripping me off. It’s truly old fashioned service at its finest!
