Dropped car off for a new headlight bulb and the gentleman at the front counter was very nice and went above beyond for us. Would highly recommend Mycar at Springfield Central and my only regret was I didn't get the name of the helpful staff member to name online.

Had the Holden Ute V8 Series 2 in for a service for 195,000km check. Standard essential plus service, plus after a safety report also replaced engine air filter, aircon regas before summer (first time ever after 15 years or reliable air-conditioning) and wheel alignment. Drives beautifully! Thanks to Lauchie for servicing the ute I value your mechanical knowledge and work. Safe pair of hands.

Safety report identified a few issues to monitor / watch such as the mounts which I can budget for before it becomes a headache. Booked a service expecting basic competence. Instead got overtightened wheel studs, incorrect torque specs quoted back to me, a leaking sump plug, no logbook completion, and zero communication about TPMS limitations. Now I get to repair my own vehicle after paying professionals to create problems. Impressive effort in making a routine service feel like a liability.
