My experience with mycar has always been good and Bash at st ives branch at mycar was very helpful indeed. No fuss and no problems at all. Would recommend for anyone that hasn’t tried mycar before.

I booked my car in a week or two before the service date. They received the car at 8.30 and I advised I needed the car back by 3pm. I was called around 11am to advise the service was completed, I could do with a wheel alignment which I agreed to and that the car would be ready well before 3pm. I received a text a 1pm to say the car was ready. I drove beautifully after the service and still is.

Just letting you know I still have the same issue I had after you serviced my car a couple of Months ago. I did take it back but couldn't get the mechanic to hear the noise everybody else can hear.
