Caleb & Logan from Mycar Strathpine have always provided exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure both my car and my daughter’s car are always in excellent condition. It’s such a relief knowing we can rely on someone so trustworthy and thorough. Caleb & Logan are friendly, professional, and always take the time to explain what’s needed without any pressure. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else, highly recommend Mycar Strathpine!

Shame they can't do EV servicing, but hopefully that'll come along eventually.

The team were very accomodating…
The team were very accomodating squeezing me in on a Saturday for a dead headlight. I do a lot of night driving and the team couldn't have been more helpful finding me a slot at such short notice.
And then it was fixed within 30 mins.

Good
Overall the experience was good. Staff were friendly and ended up doing a cheaper service than what I was quoted which was good. However, I came in and advised of an leak with my car and asked them to check, and upon returning the staff member at the desk wasn't sure if the mechanic had checked and the leak is not fixed.
