We are supposed to have a credit…
We are supposed to have a credit account for our work - approved over 12 months ago. Our employee was forced to pay on pickup and we now have to reimburse them. This is not acceptable. Was assured it had been fixed after our previous visit.

I was kept informedTamworth of my appointment…
I was kept informed of my appointment date and time I was greeted on arrival my car was returned in the time frame I was told and I received a message about this as well which was good because I had other commitments while I waited.. I was able to park right at the garage. Friendly service

Rego Check and Tyre Change
They fitted me in for a rego check and tyre change in a prompt fashion. All staff were friendly and helpful.
They preferred to offer me expensive tyres first.
The biggest disappointment was to drop my car for its tyre change and, after being told the tyres weren't in yet but should be that morning, spending 4 hours walking town with my 7 month old to then get a call apologising that the tyres hadn't arrived until that point! Fortunately, the tyres were then put on within an hour. It also seems my wheel alignment may have left my steering wheel off centre (second time this has happened at MyCar). I will drive it a bit more to confirm and then pop back in to rectify it.

There is always a problem after they…
There is always a problem after they fix something. Started with new tyres and weel alignment, then they needed a part to do the alignment. And now my traction control is activating when I get over 60km/h never again.
