Professional and accommodating service
Professional and accommodating service, the team is very helpful especially in case of emergencies and urgencies. Both Doncaster and Templestowe branches have great teams.
Thank you everyone at mycar for always being there. If you can open on sundays it can be super helpful as tyre emergencies can happen anytime

Communication is the Key
Dropped off the Car, they did an assessment and called me and detailed what was important. The communication was excellent and agreed upon. got a price upfront which was appreciated. Service was excellent. getting a message to say Car was ready was a bonus.

I had my tyres balanced
I had my tyres balanced, as I was feeling a vibration when driving at 100kms.
The MyCar worker explained the issue to me and was very helpful in letting me know what I can do to further improve the comfort of my ride.

Mycar Templestowe always reliable and willing to help. I drove in with 2 back taillights not working and Jayden checked it out then and there. As I had recently had one already replaced he checked and replaced lights on the spot for me. Great friendly service.
