The friendly man who served us was fantastic! We will definitely be back again. I can’t remember his name but he has 4 kids (I remember because my husband and I have the same amount of kids). I wish I got his name for this review.

Got a puncture on my way to an appointment, they put me straight in, popped the new tyre on, they were so incredibly helpful, and professional. I am very grateful!

We have been taking both of our cars to My Car at Golden Grove for many years. We have been continually impressed by the knowledge, experience, friendliness & great service offered by Aaron & his team each time we visit or call for help. Our cars are always ready on time, communication is great & the prices are fantastic! They even put the seat covers on my new car today as I was struggling to do so, which was truly above & beyond. You can definitely trust this business & feel comfortable that you car will be well cared for by honest people.

Everything was clearly explained, open communication throughout, done in a timely manner and as quoted. You could tell it was a fun place to work from the energy in the reception room all the way out to the workshop. Highly recommend.

Paid 4k for an engine replacement,car broke again the day after.
They didn't care much.
The worse mechanics I've ever dealt with with,zero responsibility .
Rude and inefficient.
Didn't get any warranty written for the engine,nor any paperwork for the replaced engine.
Totally scammed

Completed my car service half an hour before requested time. Great service even when under high pressure. Staff were incredible and friendly

My alternator belt broke christmas night and was devastated.
Rang My Car at 8am and spoke with Josh who was fantastic. Got car towed up and car was ready by 1pm.
The team went out of their way to accomodate me, given it was public holiday Saturday.
Would highly reccomend MyCar to anyone

My headlight globe was out and I looked at replacing myself but haven't done it before and didn't feel like tackling that task today. After ringing another well known business who change globes, I was told to pop in, to only be brushed off, twice. I thought I would ring my local MyCar at Golden Grove. They were fantastic and told me to pop down and they would take care of it straight away.
Whilst being changed I was chatting to the gentleman working there and talking about the unfortunate year I have had amongst car talk. When handing over my card for payment he told me, no charge. It actually brought a tear to my eye. After spending an hour being treated pretty stupid elsewhere to the experience I had at MyCar Golden Grove, blew me away. I will be paying forward the generosity I experienced today and definitely return for other servicing needs.
