Gavin and his team in Toowoomba provide excellent service, on our new car and keeping our 23 year old car on the road. The are knowledgeable, friendly, and go the extra mile.

I got a puncher in my tyre and Gavin from my car at Toowoomba plaza did such an amazing job extremely fast with helping me out and was able to get done right away also he gave me some awesome advice in regards to my Ute. I won’t go any where else but here highly recommend very professional and very helpful

Absolute joke took my car here for a basic wheel alignment, they didn't tighten the upper control arm bolts up properly and they came loose a couple of weeks later, I only noticed when my car started pulling hard to the left, so I tightened the bolts back up and something didn't seem right so I took it to a different place to get an alignment and the locking bolts on the tie rod ends had been rounded off so they either didn't touch them which they would have had to cause the torsion bars had just been wound up 2" or rounded it off and said nothing to me about it. But overall very disappointing and I definitely will not be returning to any of there stores.

I decided to give my Hyundai Tiburon a good service and chose Mycar Tyre & Auto Toowoomba. The booking was easy on line and the chap at reception (Daniel) was efficient and went through it all with me. I included a couple of extras that needed doing and they readily accommodated me. All in all a very good experience and highly recommended.
