Was overcharged for my rear brake…
Was overcharged for my rear brake rotors on my xc40 Volvo. Charge was $375 per rear rotor totaling $750 for both plus $160 for disc pads.On complaints to the manager, he felt a $350 refund was sufficient although I was over charged $500+.He thought that as the mechanic went over the charges with me that it was a sufficient amount to refund. Wow watch out .here. George Walker

Fitted me in same day to get a puncture…
Fitted me in same day to get a puncture fixed, then assisted with air in tyres on a second occasion without hesitation. All interactions with staff were polite and so helpful. Will be back! Recommend to family & friends.

They fit my car in for repairs on the day I took it to them, quoted and repaired in same day. There was a leaking house they told me about when I picked up my car. If they had let me know I would have got them to fix that too.

MyCar Wallsend was just amazing!
It really just felt like your local mechanic. The guys were friendly, they gave it to you straight and just got the job done well. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. This is my new spot for getting my car fixed up from now on!

The guys were super helpful and efficient in repairing my tyre. I didn't have to wait too long or have to come back at a time that suited them. It was all about getting my car back on the road asap.

Very professional and courteous
Very professional and courteous, from reminder txt, easy on line booking, accurate quote, ready on time with informative itemised invoice. My only recommendation is informing of payment up front, with a higher priced service when booking online I didn’t expect to be paying in full up front and was a bit hesitant as I hadn’t been before
