Customer Service good was although the only complaint I would have is that apparently its a system glitch but when you actually pay for the service online
the oil filter is not included in the price so I had to pay another $49

I went to repair one tyre of my and my car was damaged in the left front rear and nobody assumed responsible in the carshop.
If you plan to leave your car there for repair, please take picture of your car to avoid any further surprise

Fitted a new spare for me no problem, including removing it and replacing it from the car. Even fixed a puncture in the old one for free!

They did not check he lights. Consequently, I will need take the car back to the service station to fix the front light. Also left oil marks on the left passenger door

Brilliant fast and efficient service to replace my son's car's two front globes. Would highly recommend - especially as I didn't book and they accommodated me within a few hours of my request.

I was happy with the service. The online order and arrangement for the Tyre services was easy. I could also arrange for the Rotor and Break pads replacement over the phone with the good help of MyCar team member quite easily. The only thing was the delay in completion of the work was not communicated to me and I had to wait in the shop for 1 hour after i arrived there at 11:30 (As I had been told at in the morning).
