Scheduled my car for a few maintenance items at once. Spoke to one person there that assured me it was fine, and easy to book it all in at once. Took my car in at opening, only to get the call by the close of business that my car was done except none of the maintenance items I requested were completed save new tyres and a pre-roadworthy. There were zero notes on my account and zero communication. I took the car in elsewhere to actually get the work done.

The team are super helpful and understanding, able to assist me where my car dealer failed to.
Never had an issue with them on my old car, silly of me to think the dealership for my new car would be better to go to I will just be coming straight back to these guys every time.
