I am very pleased with the collection boxes that I ordered and with the service I received. The boxes arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I have no hesitation in recommending mycharityboxes.

As usual, Mycharityvoxes went out of their way to ensure we received the order on the day we requested even though it meant delivering to a different address as the offices were closed by the time he got to us.

Purchased for a church and a week after installing it when emptying it noticed it would not lock because the lock was broken !! Not impressed. After the New Year holiday will be contacting the company for either a full refund or a replacement box which is fit for purpose. I was thinking of purchasing an additional box for the church but will not after this experience.

Very impressed, we needed these quickly and they were delivered the same day that we placed the order!

I would recommend this company to everyone. They are so helpful on the telephone. I ordered on the Tuesday and had delivery on the Thursday. They are excellent value too.

Great sturdy cans which will hold a reasonably amount of cash/notes. Would recommend.

So lucky to have found this company. I needed to order some charity boxes and thought I'd need to place one order and then pay my own postage to send them out to different depots. This company have made it so easy. Not only do they have great prices, they allow you to split your order to different addresses, saving even more money. Thank you very much. Haven't had a good start with My Charity Boxes. Had an email a week ago informing me my order had been shipped. Now I'm being told the item ordered is out of stock and invited to review their service!
What can I say? Seems as if their sales department needs some leadership and management!!
