Ordering was easy, delivery was quick. I'm really pleased with the two sets I ordered for my husband and I. The quality is exceptional and so soft and cosy. So much better than I was expecting. Love that the pj bottoms are actually full length for my 5'10" height. I won't be waiting for Christmas to wear and will likely order another pair.
Lovely PJs so buttery soft. Just ordered a couple more pairs for additional relatives. Now we all have a pair!😜
Genuinely don’t understand why there is a single bad review for MCP. Their pyjamas are literally the best, most softest, comfiest pyjamas ever!! I actually wear them all year round and when someone asked me the other week why I was wearing Christmas pyjamas in September, my answer was because they are sooo comfortable!
I even bought some for my kids in the sale last year ready for this Christmas and we are a very sensitive skin (eczema prone) family so are very specific with what we wear but these are lovely on our skin.
Customer service is amazing and never had a problem with delivery either.

First of all, I’m a mad Christmas lady 😂 and I’ve ordered MANY pairs of Christmas pyjamas over the years. Then I came across My Christmas PJ’s on Facebook, fell in love with the designs and decided to give them a try.
When they arrived (which was really quick!), I was blown away. The quality of the fabric and the designs are absolutely incredible. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever felt such amazing-quality pyjamas before! 😍
I had ordered a size up because I usually find pyjamas can come up small, but these are true to size. I emailed to arrange a return and their customer service replied within minutes. The return was quick and easy, and I immediately ordered the correct size.
I absolutely LOVE them! ❤️ They are so comfortable, beautifully made and the designs are gorgeous. I will definitely be ordering from them again — I’m already looking at getting some for my children! 🎄☃️❄️

I am completely shocked by the reviews with this company. My Christmas pyjamas are great! I found them on instagram a few years back and Iv ordered matching sets for multiple years in a row for all our family and even for our dog. The pyjamas are beautifully made and I love all designs. Iv emailed before as one set didn’t arrive in the past when I ordered in September and they emailed me back straight away to say that these particular pyjamas would arrive in October but still in plenty of time for Christmas. ( my fault as I didn’t read the small print ). Iv never had any issues! They’re great at communicating, the pyjamas are always sent and wrapped beautifully and the quality is great..all my family love their pyjamas. I can’t get over the reviews, if I had seen the reviews before I probably wouldn’t have ordered so don't be put off as this is a genuine review and I have never had any complaints.

I’ve got the Snow Whites and Mistletoe and Wine and they are GORGEOUS!! So flattering and comfy! And of course my kids look so CUTE in them. I’ve never found matching pyjamas for my family that are so perfect. We can’t wait to see what this years range will be!

Awful customer services would definitely avoid!
Paid £7.99 for next day delivery and package didn’t arrive for 5 days.
Tried to check website for return information and website removed as soon as festive period over.
When I contacted they simply replied to say returns policy exceeded. Hard to gauge when no information available.
Sizing not great and Clearly a seasonal company taking advantage of customers not as they promote at all!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
I've looked back over your order and can see the service selected was Tracked24, a 1–3 working day delivery service, not next-day. Your order was placed at 9:37pm on a Friday, dispatched the next working day (Monday 22nd December), and delivered Wednesday 24th December - within that 1–3 working day window.
Our returns policy, including the 14-day window, is on our website, and the returns portal link stays live all year round, even during the months we're closed for the season (this can be found on our landing page when our website is closed). Your return request reached us on Monday 12th January, after your returns window had closed.
I know that's disappointing to hear, but the team followed the correct policy that was in place when you ordered.

I have still not received my order even though I placed it over a week ago
When I sent a query their responses blame Royal Mail and all their internal problems within the company. Have never received an email where a company doesn't take accountability for their orders and air their dirty laundry to the customers.
They announced a 25% OFF site wide offer before they claimed to have sent out my order and refused to provide the discount. Awful company, awful customer service. Given all these delivery problems the least they could have done is honoured their advertised offer.
Would never recommend this company to anyone and their customer service is appalling.

AND to top it off I still havent received my order which I have paid over the odds for even though they posted it out after announcing a discount!!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, and I'm sorry your parcel was delayed.
Our team picked, packed and dispatched your order the same day it was placed, but Royal Mail lost it in transit, which was completely outside our control. As soon as we were made aware, we sent a replacement out to you straight away.
In the meantime, we launched a 25% off promotion (after your order had already been placed) and you asked us to refund the difference. We explained that, in line with standard practice, we don't apply discounts retroactively once an order is confirmed, as that wouldn't be fair to customers who paid full price. We also let you know you were welcome to return your order and place a new one at the discounted price if you preferred.
I understand how stressful the wait was so close to Christmas, and I'm sorry for that. But once we knew what had happened, we acted immediately. You left this review the day after we dispatched your replacement, before it had a chance to arrive. It was delivered the following day.

Ordered some matching christmas pyjamas have ordered my size and wrong size delivered, also been labelled up wrong to what was on tag inside pyjamas. Awful customer service when contacting them, no apologies. They just wanted me to send them back, im guessing at my own cost, not what you expect when buying £80 luxary pyjamas! These were purchased as a gift straight to recepitant so not so easy to just simply send back. Avoid!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry again for the sizing mix-up between the top and bottoms on your order - that was a genuine labelling error on our side.
Looking back at your conversation with the team, I can see they replied with an apology on their first reply and offered a full refund or exchange, and repeated that offer throughout.
You let us know you'd like to keep the pyjamas, as they'd already been given as a birthday gift, which we completely understood - but a partial refund for items you're keeping isn't something we're able to offer.
You were never asked to cover any return cost, as no return was made or wanted.

Very very cheap material, thinner than paper. My pyjamas also came woth a hole in them and I've been refused a refund. Do not buy from here
