Great service
I enjoyed the process of designing a unique kit and the kit designer feature on the website is brilliant. I only gave it 4 stars as when I'd completed it, I had no way of saving and sending it to 'My Club', it's felt a bit glitchy at the back end of the process. However, I emailed them and got a response from Teddy who could not have been more helpful. I simply screen shotted the images and he did the rest. He was very responsive and always came back to me in a day or so with answers. He basically held my hand throughout the process and I very much appreciated that. The kits have arrived, they look great and we can't wait to wear them in our first tournament in a few weeks. Took about 5-6 weeks for delivery, socks came separately. All sizes were accurate and the order was 100% correct. Would use them again for sure.

New Bowls Kit
We started talking to My Club about new bowls kit last autumn. They helped us design a new top for our bowlers. Nothing was too much trouble. The online kit design is very easy to use
They made up 2 samples so we could choose the best one. The order; when made, came within the quoted time.
The quality of the tops is good and they even put a pocket & our logo on the tops as requested.
We talked to other companies but no one was as helpful or adaptable.
They’re not the cheapest brand but the service is worth the money & the quality consistent of the products.
Dean is very responsive to answer queries & if he doesn’t know the answer gets it for us quickly.
I do think on a £2000 order shipping should be free but that’s something for My Club to consider.
I would recommend them highly.

Extremely pleased with our dresses
Extremely pleased with our dresses, good quality, light and breathable, not thick lycra like ones we've had in the past. Only thing to mention is they do come up small so recommend a size up.

Excellent from start to finish
We recently ordered custom football shirts from MyClubGroup for our Oxygen Finance team, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Charlie provided outstanding support throughout. Always quick to respond, clear with updates, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. The kit arrived ahead of schedule, and the quality of the shirts is fantastic.
The whole process felt easy and well‑managed, and it’s clear that the team at MyClubGroup take real pride in their work.

School Teams
We have now ordered two sets of personalised rugby kits for our school in France. Both the quality of design and material that have been delivered have been exceptionally good.
We are very pleased with this and have started a new rollout of pupil lad kit for the future on variety of other sports teams and look forward to a long relationship with MyClub!

Took 3 months with little updates, good shirts though
The shirts took about 3 months to arrive with very little updates on the process even when sending multiple follow up emails. Overall though the quality is great and the shirts are good.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I’m really pleased to hear you’re happy with the quality of your garments.
I’m very sorry for the delay with your order, and for the lack of clear updates, especially as you had to chase us more than once. That isn’t the experience we aim to provide.
To clarify what happened: the original parcel was unfortunately lost by DHL. We did then re-order your shirts, but because these are made to order, that meant going through a full production cycle again, which is why it took much longer than it should have for you to finally receive them. I’m sorry we didn’t explain that clearly at the time or provide a more accurate timeline.
We’ve since tightened our process so that if anything goes missing in transit, it’s logged immediately, a replacement is actioned promptly, and customers receive consistent progress updates through to delivery.
I’ve also tried to reach you personally to talk this through, but haven’t managed to catch you yet. I would be more than happy to discuss further if you wish.
Thank you again for your patience, and for your honest feedback, it helps us improve.

Quality kit at a reasonable price
First bought kit from them about a year ago. Just received my second order with a wider variety of items. The quality and fit of everything is outstanding and at a reasonable price. I will definitely keep using them.
