I called and asked to speak to a doctor,they said the doctor would call in 30 minutes.It took two hours to reach the doctor.I was given a prescription which they said would take 4 hours to arrive.Its now almost 7pm.I've been calling them all day and not getting any genuine feedback on when I will get the meds.Meanwhile I am in pain and regretting why I didn't just go to the school.DO NOT ORDER from mydawa
Great service if app used, poor customer service though
I just followed the steps in the app and I only needed 14 tablets but the amount to buy was 30 but after I'd submitted the prescription they duely altered it correctly for me. The order was stuck on "accepted" for 4-5 hours but around 5pm it was out for delivery...I received my package at 7pm 2 hours early and there was no fuss or hassle from the rider...being a Muzungu we are usually asked for "extra" but he just did his job politely and left. All of the package was in order and I have no complaints about the product. I am deducting 1 star because I used option 2 in relation to delivery and then option 4 immediately to speak to an agent and twice it automatically cut the call...so I guess it's true...these guys are expanding and getting to grips with an expansion they are possibly not handling on the customer service side of things correctly yet. Good service though but I couldn't depend on the CS when something goes wrong... literally absent

How in Gods name do you got an order/verification of an account from these people!!!!! Almost an hour wasted...advertise good prices but forget to mention the rubbish customer service. Last time I ordered by telephone but now disconnected. You say you are the largest online pharmacy in Kenya?? IN YOUR DREAMS!!!

What is the need of having a customer care line if nobody cares!!! They have delivered less products for the second time now and on reaching out I keep getting ignored.I’m so dissapointed!
Super disappointed
Been waiting for my medication for almost a week. This is the second time it’s happening. The first time, after waiting a whole day I get a call to have my delivery done at 8pm???
There’s no follow-up on your end. I have to keep trying your number which no one picks!! Such a disappointment!!

Terrible customer service, teribble app.
Awful service
I paid for prescription medication before delivery. Several days have passed and I have not received medication. I spoke to 2 agents who assured me the issue would be resolved. Now, my calls to customer support only lead to an automated response and I cannot speak to an agent.Emails and Whatsapp messages are now being ignored.

My dawa used to offer best services but recently they have lagged, I made and oder and they deliverd wrong product , I have tried contacting by call and email but no response for two days now , even tried to get back to the delivery rider but nothing Yet ! KINDLY FIX this issue or you will loose alot of Clients is just better to go to a pharmacy than this , I have seen so many people complaining in the reviews section.

A very horrible customer service, got and incomplete delivery, it's been four days and the remaining order has not been delivered.
Can't even reach the customer service line.. it's really disturbing! I'm never getting anything from them ever again!

A very useless pharmacy indeed
A very useless pharmacy indeed. I ordered medication 24th and it was to be delivered. They asked for delivery location I gave them and I slept late because of waiting for the delivery. Come morning I tried to reach then on Whatsapp no response, calling they drop the call. I became impatient and asked for their location so that I can go pick and they responded very fast and I told them instead of me going all the way to westlands it better if they cancel the order and email my insurance to cancel the approval I go source from elsewhere. The medication that they told me is out of stock they put 7 tablets in my bill and I had ordered elsewhere for a whole month and this made me see they are greedy they just wanted to get something for themselves from my outpatient. The medicine was delivered after 24hrs and I am in Nairobi 5 minutes to town. It was my 1st and last to do business with them.very rude personal, poor customer service.

I’ve been ordering the same refillable prescription from MyDawa every month without issues, but this time they flat-out refused to deliver because I was in a different town. They claimed I’d need to pay an additional fee to send them a physical prescription even though they already have my records on file. and i sent a prscription photo with the order
Their website says they deliver across the country, but that’s not true. They don’t ship everywhere in Kenya, and instead of inconveniencing customers at the last minute, they should just be upfront about it. If you can’t cover the whole country, say so clearly.
Reliability matters with medication, and MyDawa failed badly on that.

Stuck app and rude customer care agent
Had trouble adding an address to the app and called the line. talked to a lady called Ruth. Ruddest agent I have encountered in a while. Abandoned the purchase and moved on
Poor customer service and delay in delivery
Very poor communication and delayed delivery to the next day without any information that the drugs would be delivered. Even after being told the drugs would be delivered by 10 am it was delivered over one hour late. Drugs are time sensitive and a customer needs to be informed on delivery time.
