Customer sevice read from a script was very impersonal

From the moment l saw my Debt manager from the Facebook advert. I decided to give it a try because l was getting overwhelmed with my debts and l did not know what to do.l am glad l made the right decision because from day 1 the staff were very helpful and supportive to the point they made me feel calm and that there was support. I guided me through everything was well explained including the other options which were there.
If anybody is not sure which company to go to l strongly recommend my debt manger .

This company My Debt Manager, went above and beyond , to free me from my financial difficulties, and still keep in touch on a regular basis , if I have any worries about receiving letters from creditors. Afternoon first I kept missing the call cause I got myself in that much dept was that close to taking own life, balifts6 knock on my door to say they was going to remove my things from the house I sent an email an Nathan reply back put my mine at ease kept intouch al the way though, I don't no where iwould be if I never spoke to Nathan that day , I can open the bli.ds an windows in my house I don't have to hind anymore, I can't thank him he saved my life
