The letter they wrote me is not legally compliant with my state. Over their website’s chat when I brought it up, they told me to draft my own letter and send to them (red flag). The letter also contained factually incorrect information about emotional support animals. When I pressed for a refund, because the letter is not usable in my state, they ghosted me. I have sent several emails, left many voicemails, and even contacted them via Instagram.

For reference, before the visit I filled out a questionnaire asking things about things like how often I worry. The call with the doctor lasted slightly more than one minute, and was basically the doctor reconfirming the stuff in the questionnaire before signing off on the letter. They advertise themselves as legitimate ESA letters, but they are just another mill. If you live in a state with stricter laws regarding these letters, this place is not for you.

Same day appointment by phone with the specialist and the letter was sent to my email later that day. My new apartment complex verified all the info to be correct and accepted my request to provide a reasonable accommodation and waive all pet fees. Only thing is I paid for a card but it was never provided.

He did not do the appointment. Would not help me figure out what was completed. Became belligerent and rude, very condescending. Wouldn't even do the appointment and is currently texting me insults.

I better get my money back right now, or you get a replacement to call me!

What I liked most was that it felt genuine. It did not seem like one of those services that just pushes things through. It felt like they actually care about doing things the right way.
