Being a photographic stylist I require great looking fresh products with excellent client services and these people were not only responsive to my needs with a very specific product but I got updates. They don't disappoint and a very personal care service to boot.

Purchased twice from this website. The first time there were a few items missing, but got a refund for them days after. The second time, it took them over 2 weeks to ship the order, and it had missing items again. It's been over a month now (since 15 Aug 2024) since them acknowledging the missing items and some substitutions they made. They are still refusing to refund the stuff I paid for, but never received. The customer service has been really bad and for produce at this price, it's not worth the hassle each time and the lost money. - Update: shortly after this review I finally got my refund

Amazing company with a quick delivery! Really great variety of specialist food! The purple and white sweet potatoes were delicious! Good packaging too! I will definitely be ordering again!

The communications were good BUT THE FRUIT - Kumquats were EXCELLENT. My brother used to send them to me from the market, but sadly he died last year so I needed to find another source.
