The two young men who reconfigured my MAC.

I felt so much at ease following Jason's and Brent's work on my otherwise
botched machine and wonder why I hadn't entered into that phase of
of work much, much earlier. It is taking me awhile to learn what was
accomplished, but I'm sure as time goes on I'll have "Stuff" figured out.

DID NOT LIKE IT

My computer is slow than it was had more problem than before. They said II had 30 Days to cancel and it was only 3 so cost me $175,00 and then $100.00 to get out of it. Not sure if it came from the computer or how but some one charged on our credit card with in the week.

We are sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues. I have reviewed your initial call with our sales analyst when you first purchased service from My Fast PC. You were offered a free month for joining. The agreement was read to you and electronically signed. The agreement stated the early termination fee of $100 if the account was not cancelled in 3 days. You purchased the service on January 1, 2015 and used it often until January 15, 2015. All reports ended with your satisfaction. The next call we received was on February 2, 2015 requesting to cancel. You expressed you were still experiencing some difficulties and we offered to reconnect. If you will allow, I would love to assign a technician to your account and help you resolve this immediately. We will be contacting you shortly. a waste of time and money

I feel I was told I could stop service any time I wanted. My fast PC says I must pay a $100.00 early termination fee. I refuse to pay.

I apologize your My Fast PC experience was not positive. I have reviewed your account and initial phone call you had with one of our sales analyst at the time of your purchase. The agreement was read in full and confirmed with your electronic signature. The agreement states you of the 3 day right of recession period, failure to cancel within this period resulted in the early termination fee. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you may have experienced. You initially purchase a one-time service clean on September 29, 2014. All of our one-time services and membership packages have a 2 week warranty. Unfortunately, we do not have any records of you notifying us after September 29,2014. This is the date the service was purchased and the computer received a full system clean. If you have any further questions or comments regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with us.

At first I was very leary of the call I got since I thought I was contacting Hotmail directly..........after several discussions with the techs and staff, especially Jared Moss, I was completely comfortable and hopefully all the issues are resolved. Right now, I'm completely satisfied.

My Review

The personnel was most helpful and reassuring that the major problems and others effecting my computer were removed and I feel relieved about some of the pop ups that were foreign and scary to me! I was also pleased with the answers to questions I may have had

fantastic job

I wasn't going to keep my account there when the monthly payments started but I am now. they spent all day with me and went far and beyond the call of duty.....great...great...job

Best experience with the Best of the best"KELSON"

JACOB WAS THE FIRST ONE i TALK TO ABOUT MY COMPUTERS PROBLEMS AND THEN KELSON CALLED ME HE WAS SO HELPFUL FOR A OLD 78 YEARS OLD COMPUTER DUMMY HE WENT TO GREAT LENGHTS TO FIX EVERYTHING DOWN TO CALLING MY CABEL COMPANY JUST WANT TO SAY YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT EMPLOYEE AND TREAT HIM RIGHT MERRY XMAS to everyone at' MY FAST PC now.

Excellent service with good explanations and pro attitude and concern.

I was pleased with Cameron C and Jared Moss for their professional approach and attitude with my problem. I believe that Jared performed well with the clean up of my computer. I was very pleased with the time he took to explain thoroughly the steps he performed to fix problems and did the cleaning of threats. Their help was greatly appreciated and yes by all means I would recommend this program to others. Thank you
