I left a review back in March as I had…

I left a review back in March as I had waited a considerable amount of time for my order. After posting the company was in touch and expedited the delivery. Within a week I received the wig. However, to my displeasure I have now been left with a customs bill???

Why is this? On top of that the wig I received is nothing like that of the image on their website. I went through a prolonged wait just to be disappointed.

Long story’s short I do not recommend this company at all. They are truly incompetent and have proven themselves a place to seriously avoid.

Overall very pleased with the units I purchased from My First Wig. I love the quality and density of the hair, just had a pre-cut wavy unit. Most people can’t tell it’s not my real hair. Everything is all prep for you especially if you’re not savvy with various techniques to install a wig. Easy installation for me. Delivery is fairly decent and customer service is very good when I contacted them. Highly recommend My First Wig!!

I loved my wig

I loved my wig. It looked so natural and was soft. Unlike many other wigs out there this is well made and does not shed. I have already washed it once and it still looks good.

Still Waiting

As I just read the previous comment that gave 1 star. I too was unaware of the super long time frame that it takes to receive your item!! Honestly its beyond ridiculous in this day and time. It's been so long I literally forgot I ordered the wig so I ordered another one and didn't receive a tracking number or anything which made me check my emails and that's when I saw I ordered one on the 17 of April and I have yet to receive ANY tracking info. Smh and the only way to contact them is on their site because the number that I googled goes straight to VM and it doesn't sound like a company vm.

When I received the two units

When I received the two units. They came from rancho Cucamonga, CA. The wigs were terrible, cheap and doll baby hair. Nothing I paid for on Face Book. Cheap closer base. The worst hair I have ever paid for. 2 for 40. The hair is some synthetic mess. How do you stay in business with this type of service.

Was good for two weeks but shedding first week

Was good for two weeks. My Amazon hair lasted longer than this. I have literal bald spots within the hair.

Shedding was terrible. The reviews online seems like a lie. I don’t even know how to put a review underneath where I purchased.

MFW representative!

MFW sent me an email questioning the size cap of the second wig I ordered from them because instead of Med. I ordered a Sm. This tells me that I'm dealing with a live person representing MFW and not a Bot.
I went old school and lightened the wig color by mixing peroxide and a large glob of creamed conditioner...mixed both together, combed it thru the hair then placed it in a plastic bag for 6-8 hr. Then I trimmed the hair. The hair itself is soft and does not TANGLE!

OVER CHARGED

I ordered ONE wig that came out to $169 after the discounts were added. Then I get a notification from my bank that I was charged $169 four times. Plus, I also selected the option to use my debit card however it said that I used PAYPAL when I never selected that option because I dnt have a PAYPAL account. So basically my bank asked if I wanted to BLOCK this purchase I told them YES. BUT now I have to get another debit card. This really sucks and this is such an inconvenience for me to have to change my debit card because this company seems like it may be scam.

Always Great Quality

They kept me up to date from processing to shipping. The shipping was fast and the hair came just as advertised. I’ve been ordering through them for years and never had a problem. I’ve ordered through Amazon and Ali Express but I could never get the great quality wigs that MyFirstWig has provided.

You will never get your wig

I am a Diamond VIP customer, so I've spent over $4000 with MyFirstWig. Recently, their shipping processes have been horrible. I placed an order on March 31, requesting the wig be delivered by April 12 because I will be leaving the country for a significant life event. I even sent them a separate email stating this(including my order number & pictures for reference). Since then, I've been going back and forth via email about things repeatedly and again, repeating myself. Each time, I include my order number. It is now April 9, and Naomi says that she cannot find my order and I should send her a screenshot of my order or order number & pictures for reference. This is ridiculous! So, what was My First Wig reviewing when we went back and forth with emails since March 31? My order number & reference pictures were also included in the emails. My last few orders have been like this, but now I'm in a bind because I cannot choose an alternative company because they will need more time to make and deliver the wig. MyFirstWig DO BETTER.
