Awful Wig - Shedding Hair


I want the wig that I purchased and I can return this awful wig back to you.

I just open the second wig bag I purchased it is awful..the wig hair shedding like dog. What kind of wigs are you selling for?

It does not look like that is being advertised on the website.. 😞

Fake "Human Hair" Wig

I ordered a "human hair" wig from My First Wig and when the product was received, it was a cheap imitation of a wig and definitely not real hair. There were no labels, care instructions etc. I return the wig immediately and the company is now saying that I sent the order to a "Fake Company". I am not believing them. Sonia Leeds

Had an issue received email from Naomi had great feedback from purchase will update with response on how all went afterwards. UPDATE: 7/21/2024. I want to say the previous issue I had let me just say “My first wig came through. Naomi helped me with and she went beyond to rectify the problem. I’m a verified person I’ve been a customer for some years. Don’t hesitate to come and seek the help you need when there is an problem with your order. I wasn’t paid nor was I asked to comment but I did. Thank you Naomi. Changed from 3 stars to 4

RUN! RUN! RUN!

What a rip-off! Looks liké a scissor happy two years old gone wild... In thé dark with jagged edged scissors too. Hair looks liké it was ripped from a Fake fur coat and it smelled awful. I was foolish enough to add options liké pré cut, bleached knots... All of which were ignored. What a waste of money and time. Another Chinese rip off. Dont waste your money. Buy somewhere else!

I am writing on behalf of my mother(Deborah Lovett) who ordered a wig from this site but did not receive what she ordered.

With my mother being elderly, I am always sceptical of her ordering things online.
She has reached out to your company several times following your return policy and no one has contacted her and it's been almost two weeks.

Continuation: A used, dirty wig for $236 - no response, no refund!

Kudos to Trustpilot!
After initial 19 days of several contact attempts and lack of response from My First Wig . com customer services, it finally came the same day I posted my review here on Trustpilot! Obviously, Trustpilot counts!

My first wig . com has tried to offer a ridiculous explanation to the delay in their response, being due to “a system issue”. Really? For almost 3 weeks?

After providing several photos and repeated requests for full refund and return shipping covered by My First Wig . com I got the following response from the attending agent, Bella:

“Ok, we shall help you process the return and bear the return shipping cost for you this time.”

My First Wig . com, you are not making me any favours by refunding a subpar product!

I was then instructed to:
- Create a fraudulent description of the product to a value of $8
- Pay for the return

When I once more requested a shipping label to print, I was informed that My First Wig . com unfortunately can’t provide return labels “due to the system”, as explained by the agent.

I’m in lack of words.

35 days and 11 e-mails later, the issue remains unresolved by My First Wig . com

No refund

Returned wig as instructed. Company received it but still no refund and no response to my emails for status on my refund. This is terrible customer service!! Where is my refund??!!

I love it!!

I love this wig so much. I get so many compliments!! It was really easy to trim the lace, and daily wear is a breeze. It’s soft and the color is pretty. This is my second wig, a step up from the one I had and I’m so glad my sister sent me to this website!!!
The best part is that I needed some assistance and the service was amazing and attentive. They even helped rush my order in this case and it came in time for a special deadline I had coming up. Highly recommend!
