Hat drops not announced. Online purchases almost impossible. I stopped buying from this site.

Y’all shxt sell out instantly if y’all only making one hat then say that. No notifications or nun that is annoying ash. I just want one new hat my guy these ones sitting on the site weak.

Horrible service!!! People who run their social media are rude and don’t care about their customers. GO TO HAT CLUB OR LIDS!!!

this companies communication sucks and they never say when their online drops are and if you try to reach out you get no response

Scammers I pre ordered two hats and only received 1 of them it’s been 7 months and they have yet to reply to any of my emails or refund me

Shipping is quick, the hats are the highest quality in the game & worth the price

More expensive than the average hat, but also potentially nicer and more rare than an average hat. The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars, is because the hats are hard to cop, because they usually sellout within 5 minutes of being released.

They are doing fraud within the company. Every product that is going to be available is not available they fool customers that they have a chance at buying one of their hats and when the time comes the size isn’t even available 1 second after the product is loaded onto the website. I suggest to not buy from them, very poor customer service too even though email. Email them and they say they don’t have sufficient information about any question you ask them

Was happy until they sent the wrong hat. They ask you to send pictures of the wrong hat and then don’t respond. I literally emailed them 5 times and they didn’t respond once as if I’m just going to go away. I’ll leave reviews wherever so that they finally do something as simple as reply to an email. These dudes are supreme jerkoffs! Horrible way to treat customers when it’s clearly their mistake.

I recently ordered a hat and received the wrong item. I emailed them and they responded telling me to send pictures and an order # after that I never heard from them again. Been over a month and I’m stuck with a hat I did not order, mind you I waited MONTHS because it was a pre order. All that waiting for the wrong hat and no solution. I just want a refund or the hat I paid for. Been trying to contact them on Instagram and email and won’t get a response.

Fast shipping overall I like that I got exactly what I ordered thank you for the fitted. Definitely recommend buying from them

They have a very good selection of hats and at a good price but my hat was supposed to come in in 2-3 days and it has been over half a week and it still hasn’t been shipped to me if it had came in the right time it would be a 5/5

Crappy business. I would not trust them at all. If you are sent the wrong product or a manufacturer defective product they basically laugh and say screw you. Too bad PayPal/my bank says otherwise and will do a chargeback against them. BUYER BEWARE!
