Order arrived very fast, everything was packed perfectly. Several jars were individually wrapped to avoid damage to other items. Will definitely be buying from FooDen again.

I used to buy Russian groceries in London retail Russian shops. MyFooDen offers lower prices even with shipping costs. Only hiccups that ever occurred were the fault of DHL and not the seller. All my orders from MyFooDen were consistently great quality, well packaged, and promptly shipped. Also customer support is fast to respond and friendly.

pros and cons
pros: a lot of food choices especially romanian and polish
delivery was fast
easy to order and clear emails to confirm
cons: 2 items I ordered and been charged for, I was told later I have been refunded for them. I haven't yet got the refund and I've not been told how long it will take. Suggestion: it would be better to wait to see what items you can deliver before charging people so that you can charge the right amount, and maybe try to source substitutes like other food delivery services do.
Delivery was through DHL, the time between when they collected the parcel and then delivered it to me was almost 24 hours. Perishable foods arrived in a thermo bag with a little icepack which was melted. I don't think this is ideal and could be improved in terms of food safety.
