Great customer service and communication - delivery time was great

Really happy with the way this was handled. Our original table arrived damaged, but Kiera was brilliant from start to finish. She kept us updated, chased things up and arranged a replacement, which has now arrived safely.

Things can go wrong, but I think it’s how a company deals with an issue that really makes them stand out. Kiera made the whole process straightforward and is a real credit to the company.

Ordered a table that I had seen for a while but even prior the team were great with replying to any questions I had about the item. The delivery was the fastest delivery ever was updated along the way and table was assembled too. High quality items definitely recommend if you are looking for sophisticated items. Since posting this myforeverfurnishins have rang me. This call was very cordial, and helpful. They listened to my point of view. And immediately, agreed on my point of view. As I was not complaining about the goods, only their policy. I withdraw this post. And my star rating to 4 would have been, without this hick up.

I recently bought a pack of 4 panels, but underestimated the amount I needed. I tried to order 2 panels, to complete project. But refused, as they say it has to be pack of 4. This is poor customer service imo. I would never have bought them had I known this. The acoustic panels are ok. But their policy sucks! No more from them.

Easy to order and navigate website . Table was great quality .
Delivery was terrible , advised a Saturday delivery and waited all day . Delivery arrived late on Sunday !

So happy with my table from my forever furnishings. I was looking at the Cambridge Dining table but couldnt tell if the colour would suit my decor. I called the number on the website and within minutes i was sent some more pictures. They couldnt have been more helpful. As it was in stock it was delivered the next day and assembled. Its a lovely table, good price, good quality and fits perfetly in a small space as its 80cm wide rather than the standard 90cm.
I can highly recommend this table and all aspects of my purchase to delivery with my forever furnishings

I’m so pleased with my purchase! I’ve been shopping around for a particular set of bar stools for my new kitchen island but everywhere I looked they were out of my budget, until I came across this website. I got a great bargain. Also communication was very good. When I asked a question it was answered straight away and I was kept up to date about when my delivery was due to arrive. I would definitely recommend.

I rang up to check the zara dining chairs were in stock. The guy was super helpful and rung the warehouse to double check and got back to me straight away. I received my chairs within a week. There is a very subtle mark on one of the arms, so i did mark them down for this.
The delivery company used Xpd were also impossible to get hold of and did not deliver the chairs in the slot given so i had to wait in all day. But i have the chairs and i do love them.

I ordered the Louis Marble table, when it first came the table top was badly damaged by the delivery company. I phoned Forever Furnishings straight away and Kieran sorted a replacement to delivered straight away. The company couldn’t have done more to ensure I got the table delivered ASAP. Brilliant customer service!
Also the table is gorgeous😍

Ordered a lamp it came next day on a pallet. Very well packaged I love it. I received texts to tell me when it would arrive. Would definitely recommend thank you forever furnishings

We had a very upsetting and stressful experience with this company that genuinely affected my mental health. We ordered acoustic wall panelling from this company but the wrong colour turned up and one panel was damaged. I won't go into everything that happened on here as I found it exhausting and traumatic and do not wish to revisit. No doubt they will leave a long defensive response as per other one star reviews but we know what we saw on their website and it was not what we received. We had to fight tooth and nail via endless emails just to get them to agree to pay for return postage. Subsequently we ended up nearly £70 out of pocket as they would not cover full postage refund. We did not order any replacement panels as decided we could no longer trust them. Overall a very upsetting and stressful experience. We would definitely not order anything else from this company and obviously would not recommend.
