We was issued a 3 hour time slot the night before,on the day the technician phoned to tell us what time he would arrive on arrival he gave a friendly / professional service. On the assessment of the work required he kept us informed of what he was going to do.Completed in 40 minutes no mess at all. It now looks like new again, the technician is a credit to emmiera group. Yes i would definitely recommend emmiera. Thank-you

Friendly polite engineer cleaned up after himself. The only issue I had was not being kept up to date with the eta.

I ordered a lot of furniture from Oak furniture land and the coffee table had an accident. There availability was very poor , but in the end the technician turned up to do the repair and now it is 10 times worse. A beautiful solid oak table cover in runs and drip marks and looks absolutely horrendous. I am absolutely devastated. No after care support.

4 stars for trying. My leather chair had a heat gun on it to try and straighten out the leather on the arm, that was creased tight in one pjace and floppy elsewhere, but not long after he left it sprung back to how it was before it was done. A brand new chair, shop won't replace because of a manufacturing fault. They will keep sending out this company to try to fix it, what's the point, upholster was very polite and professional but its very difficult to put right a manufacturing fault, just wish this would be acknowledged that's all.

The only downside was the 14 week wait for the job to be carried out, otherwise the engineer was polite, friendly and very professional, he was respectful of our property and didn’t waste any time getting on with and completing the job.

The repair on our oak table was great. It has been made to look like the grain of the wood.

From start to finish, my case was felt with professionally. I was contacted by a representative, which a choice of available dates. I was also sent an email reminder a few days before my appointment. I was contacted the evening before with my specific time slot.

The technician that attended was very friendly, funny, and polite. He fixed everything whilst giving me pointers on how to fix the issue if it ever happened again.

Overall experience was 10/10, and I would recommend this company to friends and family.

He very quickly found the reason the bed had stopped working, repaired the controller to the bed and helped put the mattress back. He also guided me through how to re-pair tge controller for the future.

My engineer was exceptionally punctual, the communication throughout was excellent. To top it off the gentleman did a fantastic job of repairing my sofa. Would definitely recommend.

Dislike given a time slot which did not happen,the engineer arrived 1hour and 20mins later he stated he was not given a time slot. I would have appreciated a phone or text message to let me know.

Very happy with the service, the on call person was knowledgeable and thorough with the process.

Genuinely dealt with all the issues i had and solved most of it. The only thing he couldn't fix was due to a lack of parts and that wasn't even his fault as it wasn't ordered. Still with the parts at hand, he did a great job.
