Fantastic service 5*.....the fitter Neal was great...would recommend 👌

The technician Tony rang me before arriving to let me know he was on his way. On examing my furniture he immedately recognized the repair needed. He cut no corners and left my items of furniture looking brand new. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The extra paid for my furniture cover was well worth it. Good all round job and completely satisfied.

Great service from a great repair guy

Though from the time I ordered the the new part for my sofa to having the sofa fixed was circa 10 weeks, communication was good and I must say your member of staff Dave who came to my apartment to install the new part was brilliant!!

Matt arrived at the time specified and had completed the repair in no time at all. I felt I had called him out unnecessarily as it was just a new power cable required.
As I was unable to get to the plug sockets to check this, as the sofa is far too heavy to move, he reassured me it was absolutely fine and it was no problem at all, which put my mind at rest.

Great service. Each person i have had to my home to fix couch has been great. You get plenty of notice for the visit with follow up prior and on the day.

Friendly chap you arrived when he said he would and did a good job. I could arrange the appointment via email - it just took a while before the company got in touch to arrange the visit - but, once that happened, everything went smoothly.
