താമരശ്ശേരി myG വളരെ മോശം എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ആണ് ഇന്നെനിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായത്, ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് (23/02/2026)ഏകദേശം 1:00 മണിക്ക് ഒരു മൊബൈൽ വാങ്ങാൻ വേണ്ടി താമരശ്ശേരി myG യിൽ പോയിരുന്നു, idfc ബാങ്കിൽ ലോൺ റെഡി ആക്കുന്നതിന് ഇടക്ക് ഒരു കൺഫ്യൂഷൻ വന്ന്, 10 മിനിറ്റ് ഹോൾഡ് ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു, സുഹൃത്തായ ആപ്പിൾ കെയർ സ്റ്റാഫിനോട് ഡിസ്‌കസ് ചെയ്ത് വീണ്ടും വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ കംപ്ലീറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ വേണ്ടി idfc സ്റ്റാഫിനെ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ അവിടെ ഇരിക്കാൻ സ്പേസ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല, അദ്ദേഹം എന്നെ കസ്റ്റമർ ലോഞ്ചിന്റെ അവിടെ ഇരിക്കാൻ പാഞ്ഞു, ഞങ്ങൾ അവിടെ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരാൾക്ക് ഇരിക്കാനുള്ള സ്പേസ് മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നുള്ളൂ, അപ്പോൾ അദ്ദേഹം എന്നോട് ഇരിക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു, എന്നിട്ട് അദ്ദേഹം സർവീസ് സെക്ഷൻന്റെ മുൻപിലുള്ള ചെയർ എടുത്ത് എന്റെ അടുത്തേക്ക് ഇട്ട് അതിൽ ഇരുന്നു, ഇരിക്കാതെ ലാപ്ടോപ്പിൽ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യാൻ അൽപ്പം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ആണ്, അപ്പോൾ സർവീസ് സെക്ഷനിൽ ഉള്ള സ്റ്റാഫ്‌ വന്ന് വളരെ മോശമായ പെരുമാറി, അദ്ദേഹത്തെ എഴുന്നേൽപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ആ ചെയർ എടുത്തുകൊണ്ടുപോയി അതേ സ്ഥലത്തു ഇട്ടു, പുച്ഛത്തോടെ ഉള്ള ആ നോട്ടം എനിക്ക് വല്ലാത്ത ഹെർട്ട് ആയി, idfc സ്റ്റാഫിന്റെ മുഖത്തുള്ള ചമ്മൽ എനിക്ക് മനസ്സിലായി, എന്റെ ലോൺ റിജക്റ്റ് ആയി, എനിക്ക് ഫോണും കിട്ടിയില്ല, ആകെപ്പാടെ അവന്റെ ആറ്റിട്യൂട് മനസ്സിൽ നിന്ന് പോകുന്നില്ല, അതുകൊണ്ട് റിവ്യൂ എഴുതി എന്ന് മാത്രം, കസ്റ്റമറുടെ മുൻപിൽ വെച്ചു കുറച്ചൂടെ മാന്യമായി പെരുമാറിയാൽ നന്നാവും

washing machine

I purchased a washing machine with full payment with assurance of getting delivered within 2 days , today its been 9 days , i have called the customer care, the office , and even went to show room again still they don't know any thing about the order. It is absurd to beg for a product which we paid.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with MyG. I purchased a TV on August 18th, 2025. On August 20th, I received a call asking about delivery availability, and I confirmed that we were available. Despite this, I had to repeatedly follow up with the support team for updates. I even contacted the Calicut team, and they only told me the concern was raised with the “concerned team.”

After continuous calls and complaints, the product was finally delivered—but only on August 25th, and only after I mentioned that I would escalate the issue to the consumer court.

Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. After delivery, when I enquired about installation, I was told that:
• We would have to arrange it ourselves and pay ₹450 extra.
• If we opened the package ourselves, the warranty would not be valid.
• Later, a manager from the Thiruvalla branch told us to record a video while opening the package, which we did. Still, we have not been provided with the warranty.

This raises a serious question—should customers be left waiting indefinitely for installation after delivery? The entire process felt like an utter system failure.

Additionally, when we asked about the scratch card offer, we were told it is only applicable for offline purchases. However, the website clearly states that any invoice above ₹5,000 is eligible. Despite this, the Thiruvalla showroom refused to provide the scratch card.

While I have not faced any issue with the TV itself so far, the overall experience was extremely poor. I am not generalizing this for all MyG showrooms, but I specifically want to highlight the unprofessional experience with the Thiruvalla branch.

If MyG management or concerned authorities could address this issue, it would be appreciated. Otherwise, such misleading advertisements and poor service only make customers feel cheated.
