I purchased my Gollo , June of last year , can’t complain about delivery. I thought it looked quite plasticy , but cleaned my teeth well and was very happy with the results. Battery lasted well , over two weeks. Sadly last week it just wouldn’t charge anymore . This happened over night , contacted Gollo but have heard nothing . I probably wouldn’t buy another one , but was very happy with it while it worked .

Charge doesn't quite hold for 2 weeks, more like 7-12 days. It's great!

I have bought the gollo toothbrush in July 2020 and after 7 months of using it, I started having issues with the battery. It used to stay charge for 2 weeks and currently it doesn't stay charge for even one day, so I have to charge it every day to be able to use it. I have sent mygollo an email regarding my issue and they have asked me to take a video to showcase the issue...(please someone explain to me how to make a video that shows that the toothbrush doesn't stay charged long enough?). I haven't heard from them since then and non of my follow-up emails were answered. Due to this experience, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy the toothbrush until the battery issue is resolved or when the customer service learns how to deal with customer complaints.

Don’t buy. It is a beautiful toothbrush but within 4 months the battery doesn’t last for more than two days. It claims to last for 4 weeks. When I emailed customer service I was questioned on whether it was the battery or charger. Lots of emails back and forth (not what I was expecting). When I had had enough of this I asked to send it back as it was under warranty but they responded by asking me to take a video recording dates and times.

They suggested different testing methods including keeping it on charge all night, different sockets and then to take another video showing the toothbrush not working to determine a replacement!

Terrible customer service. A reputable company would take the toothbrush back and inspect it themselves. I would not recommend buying this.

Like the look of toothbrush.Was a bit disappointed with the soft bristles on the brush. Find I am brushing my teeth a lot longer than my other toothbrush.

Great toothbrush lasts long till charge is needed

I ordered this item which I never received so got a refund through PayPal very poor customer service !!!!

The GOLLO toothbrush does everything you expect of an electric toothbrush. My teeth feel cleaner after brushing than they did previously. I would recommend a GOLLO toothbrush. However I believe that when you buy a GOLLO toothbrush, you should keep in mind the price of the replacement heads, which are a bit pricey.

Doesn’t hold charge for longer than 24 hours. Contacted the company to be told this isn’t considered a defect. They have since ignored my follow up emails. Stay clear

I ordered 4 of these for Christmas presents. Was quite disappointed at the size of them as they dont seem much for the price.
They're nicely made, but be aware they are only about 6cms high.

Waste of money better of brushing my teeth manually

I have had my Gollo for about 3 months now and I really love it. I cannot fault it at all from the look, to the feel, to the battery life. I would definitely recommend it.

Very disappointed with this toothbrush, as it stopped working properly after a few weeks. It used to stop suddenly when I was brushing, even when fully charged. Have tried to contact customer services to complain and ask for a refund, but have not had a reply. VERY ANNOYING, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Toothbrush is amazing both myself and my husband bought one. I replaced the brush head for first time last week but the head is faulty. It won’t fit on base. I have now emailed Gollo three times with just one automatic response. Their customer service is rubbish!

The delivery took forever, despite a very prompt email telling me it had been dispatched. Emails to customer services went unanswered. Having now received it, the product and packaging are very aesthetically pleasing. I haven’t had to fully charge it yet, but it is exactly what I was looking for in terms of smaller “brush” and gentle cleaning. Hopefully it will continue to perform well.
