Happy gut = happy life
I used to scroll past anything that said “gut health” because I thought it was just another wellness trend. But this course totally proved me wrong. Somehow I ended up loving the process of chopping veggies and waiting for them to bubble. It felt like science class but actually useful.
The best part? I finally stopped feeling like I needed a nap after every meal. My digestion is smoother, and I’ve actually started craving real food instead of junk. Never thought I’d say this but fermented carrots are now my favorite snack.
