Slow delivery but it was worth to wait
I couldn't find the anime poster I wanted anywhere. I only found it here. The delivery took a little bit longer than I expected, but nevertheless I'm very happy! Thanks!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Tried contacting their support via email and got either no response or a response that the tracking code would be provided within a few days. Tried calling their support phone number but it was always busy. Poster took 21 days to arrive even though I requested multiple times that the order be cancelled since it wouldn't arrive on time for our grandson's birthday. Would not recommend this company and will never use it again.

Regarding our communication, we want to ensure we're looking at the same history so we can improve. Our records show one email received on July 10th at 8:08 AM, which we responded to that same morning at 11:25 AM to confirm the order was already in the system for transit. We are concerned to hear that you felt unheard or experienced trouble with our phone lines, as that is certainly not the experience we want for our customers.
While we couldn't halt the shipment once it had entered the final stages of fulfillment, we understand that 21 days is a long wait. We’d love the chance to make this right for you.

Orde took a week to ship, two weeks later item never arrived
Order took a week to be shipped, when I contacted customer service the shipment finally was updated but a week later it never moved from the last location.

ABSOLUTE CRAP!
ABSOLUTE CRAP!! They misleadingly use American branding, names and website appearance. But in reality, Cheap Chinese bullshit! Took over a month to arrive. As other reviews have said, screen printed on "material" and not paper. Wouldn't hang in a shithouse. DO NOT BUY!!

Illegal business practices
They are using my photo I took and selling it made into posters and who knows what else. Looks like I'll be contacting my lawyer again.

We work with many independent illustrators and contributors who submit images to our platform, and unfortunately we are not always able to verify the origin of every image in advance. That said, we absolutely take copyright matters seriously.
Please contact us directly with the details of the image in question so we can review it immediately. If the image is yours, we will of course remove it from our catalog without delay.

I bought 6 posters all fine and came as excepted. The fabric was a little different then i'm used to, but it wasn't bad.

Perfect posters!
I have bought another 2 posters for a total of 3 posters. They are perfect. They have to get trimmed a little on the side so that they won't wrinkle when in the poster frame. I love that they are printed on a great quality cloth so that they won't crease or tear. Very beautifully printed! Great deal, very cheap!

Got my damged, crappy «posters» 4 months after placing…
Got my posters 4 months after placing the order. Not a poster, but thin, syntetic fabric with ugly printing-patterns all over. Can’t mount it couse of too thin material. Don’t order form this company!

Do not use. There website is basic and misleading. Their posters are printed onto fabric the quality is appalling and the material arrives frayed down the sides. Not worth the money
