Wie auch schon Andere hier geschrieben haben ist der Service armselig. Ich habe ein Paar Meindl Schuhe bestellt und wurde mehrmals vertröstet. Nach 9 Wochen habe ich die Bestellung storniert. Wie ich feststellte wurden die Schuhe aber immer noch im Shop angeboten - nur für 12 Euro mehr. Da wurde also die Preiserhöhung einfach auf Kosten des Kunden ausgesessen. Ich die Schuhe dann bei Amazon bestellt und hatte sie nach 3 Tagen - etwas teurer aber was nützen mir günstige Angebote die nicht bei mir ankommen?
Stay away worst experience ever!
I have ordered a pair of walking shoes begin of March 2013. Within 2 days they took the money from my account and afterwards I got an e-mail that I would have to wait until mid April. I was happy to wait but when mid April came I still had no shoes. I send them 2 e-mails and got no answer. When I tried to call them it took me 4 attemps to speak to the right person. They kept on telling me to phone back. The person said he did not know were my shoes are and promised to send me another e-mail.
He did and informed me that they could only order my shoes in June. When I enquired when I would get my shoes and wrote a letter of complaint to them I did not get an answer.
I never had such a bad service in my life- and still no shoes after waiting nearly 3 months. Concidering the money they took, is making interest in their account is shocking.
I can only recommend to stay away from the shop and buy somewhere else.
Four Months- Huge struggle- No communication- Never got my stuff.
This is absolutley the worst and most frustrating "buy" on the internet I have ever done. And I really want to advice people not to go there.
Placed an order wich I didn´t got confirmation on. then after a week or so I tried contacting without any success. Couldnt understand what was happening as I saw that they already had taken the money from my bank-account.
Finally some weeks later after several mails I got this answer back: "what did you order" just like that.
I really tried to write detailed information about my order, and that I wanted to know the status of the order. nothing happend. they just kebt asking for information I had already written to them SEVERAL times. and ask questions I had already answered. this was so frustating, and it kept going on for FOUR months.
I even also tried to write them via. facebook, but They kept deleting my posts as long with other peoples posts, with bad experience.
Of course after four monthst´with LOTS of struggling, I realised that I would never get what I ordered and paid for.
I almost didnt believe that I would get my money back, altough it was a struggle, I got my money back finally. But I just still cant shake this unpleasent feeling of me.
You guys really have a serious communication problem. and the baddest costumer service I have ever seen.
Thank you so much Trustpilot for letting me get this out, just hope to forget it, as it had a bad affect on me trusting websites and dealers.

Got a confirmation of my order the following day, and then nothing. They don't answer emails, so i wrote on their facebook wall to complain, they replied they would transfer the email to the customer service, and still nothing. So why losing time and money with companies like that?

ordered and payed a pair of shoes the last 27 of january. They say they shipped the 31 but they dont. I asked several times by email the trackimg number but they dont give me nothing. After 3 weeks i opened a controversial on paypal and they prompty emailed me the confirmation of the refund. After 10 days no money back....so i turned the contoversial into a dispute by paypal and then thwey provided a tracking number for DHL which does not exists....liar liar liar

Shopping with Myhuntingshop is a bit like flying with Ryanair: Quite attractive prices, but you'll have to fight a lot of problems. Myhuntingshop actually keeps your money when you're returning wrong deliveries - and they might even lie to you when you're complaining about the missing refunds. This, of course is only when they're answering your e-mails, which they certainly not always will. Be prepared!
In two orders I had three wrong deliveries, which Myhuntingshop.de was "so sorry" about. After returning these items to Myhuntingshop.de I had to fight for nearly two months and almost 50 e-mails to get my money back - €130. Myhuntingshop.de lied to me - example "I have refunded the items", which they had certainly not, as no money arrived. After two months of arguing I went to the European Consumer Centres. Mentioning this worked out very well: My money arrived very fast with no further notice.
Take my advice: Stay away from Myhuntingshop.de, unless you have a lot of spare time to fight the problems they most certainly will cause you.
Super Preise, längere Wartezeiten lohnen sich!
Die Preise vieler Artikel sind meines Erachtens nach konkurrenzlos in Deutschland. Die Abwicklung hat zwar insgesamt etwas länger gedauert, aber wenn man diesen Faktor einplant kann man sich auf den Shop absolut verlassen. Ware und Verpackung sind top und der Service war immer freundlich und schnell. Kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen. Für die Preise gibts allein schon 5 Sterne!
Absolutely Dreadful
Ordered a pair of le chameau vierzonord on 25/11/12 still no arrival 19/12/12, nearly 1 month later! Every time I called or emailed I was told "They should be with you in 2-3 days" Liars! Claimed money back through pay pal, which admittedly they did quickly, the only thing they actually did do satisfactorily.

Das Sortiment des Shops an sich ist für mich soweit uninteressant, als dass ich mich nicht für das Jagen interessiere. Die Preise für Wanderschuhe lagen allerdings deutlich unter den üblichen Marktpreisen, weshalb ich hier kaufte. Eine Woche nach der Bestellung ohne Lieferung fragte ich nach, wann der Versand erfolgen würde. Also Antwort erhielt ich innerhalb eines Tages eine Email, in der ich mit Vornamen angesprochen und geduzt wurde - das empfand ich als unangebracht und sehr unprofessionell! 3 Tage später war die Sendung dann auch endlich angekommen. Wenn es nicht eilig ist, zu empfehlen.
Ware wird auch nach Wochen nicht geliefert
Bei mehrfachen telefonischen Nachfragen wird so getan als wäre die Ware schon auf dem Weg. Mit einer Lieferzeit von zwei oder drei Tagen sei zu rechnen. Die Ware war als lieferbar im Shop angezeigt. Jetzt nach fast drei Wochen geht keiner mehr an das Telefon während der Geschäftszeit. Konflikt bei PayPal wurde angemeldet.

Versandpapiere unleserlich; warte immer noch
Habe eine Taschenlampe bestellt - Als sie nach 3 Wochen noch immer nicht eingetroffen ist, habe ich mit DHL Kontakt aufgenommen. Da hat man mir gesagt, dass die Papiere unleserlich waren oder sogar fehlten; sie hätten versucht mit myhuntingshop kontakt aufzunehmen, jedoch vergebens, da mussten sie das Paket zurück senden. Als ich mich bei myhuntingshop gemeldet hatte wustte ma von nichts - und ich warte bis heute auf meine Taschenlampe - Keine Reaktion mehr seit ich Sie über die Situation informiert hatte

Op 18 september 2011 heb ik bij myhuntingshop.com een groene sweater van Fjäll Räven besteld. Na een week tevergeefs gewacht te hebben op een verzendbericht, ben ik toch maar eens de leveringsvoorwaarden van deze webshop gaan lezen. Daarin staat vermeld dat myhuntingshop.com er naar streeft om binnen tien werkdagen binnen de EU te leveren. Die waren op dat moment nog niet voorbij, dus ik heb nog even afgewacht. Gelukkig, na 7 werkdagen, op 27 september krijg ik een bevestiging van de verzending. Twee dagen later komt de bestelling aan. Ik open de verpakking en er blijkt een zwarte sweater in te zitten en geen groene. Elf dagen na mijn bestelling zit ik met een sweater die ik niet besteld heb. Er zit geen retourformulier bij, nog een retouradres.
Ik heb contact opgenomen met de klantenservice en aangegeven dat ik niet blij was met de levering, dat ik tijd en geld moet investeren om hun fout op te gaan lossen. Dat leverde een retouradres op in Duitsland. Voor de zekerheid heb ik het pakket verzonden met 'track en trace', zodat ik kon zien of het pakket ook afgeleverd werd en wanneer. Vervolgens gaat er een week voorbij zonder reactie van myhuntingshop.com, terwijl ik kon zien dat ze het pakket al hadden aangenomen. Ik vond het allemaal erg onbetrouwbaar overkomen. Ik had geen zin om verder af te wachten. Ik heb een e-mail gestuurd waarin ik gevraagd heb of ze nog konden leveren of niet. Dat ik mijn creditcardmaatschappij ga inschakelen als ik niet binnen een week iets van ze hoor om mijn geld terug te krijgen.
Op 10 oktober krijg ik een e-mail dat de bestelling geannuleerd is en mijn geld is teruggestort. Een week later staat er GEEN GELD op mijn rekening! Dus heb ik weer een e-mail gestuurd en op 20 oktober krijg ik een e-mail dat het geld nu echt is teruggestort.
Op 25 oktober staat het aankoopbedrag van de bestelling inderdaad weer op mijn rekening, maar niet de € 13, - aan verzendkosten die ik heb moeten betalen om de verkeerde sweater terug te zenden. Dat is toch pure armoede! De klant laten betalen voor je eigen blunders!
Vijf weken heeft het hele verhaal geduurd. Ik heb geen sweater en ik ben € 13,- armer. Als myhuntingshop.com dan ook nog niet in staat is om mijn voornaam goed over te nemen in hun reactie, dan denk ik: " Wat kunnen ze eigenlijk wel goed?"
Schandalig.
