Wonderful Customer Service
I was previously gifted a Pomeranian charm which I love. I checked the website and saw that there is now a matching ring. I ordered the ring and unfortunately it was too small, I contacted Mylee asking if they made bigger sizes and they offered to make it bigger for me if I returned it. I sent it back and had it back a week later with a few extra beads in it. Love the ring and love the customer service too! Thank you!

What an easy transaction I had with Mylee London online. I was kept updated throughout on the progress of my parcel and it arrived as stated. The item is wonderful and has made me very happy. Ordered earrings way to small for adults, even for grand daughters aged 9 and 6 could not wear them as they are to small and the company wouldn't do a return a waste of £26
Give me a refund and show the actual size of the earrings as they would not fit through my ear as to small

We’re sorry to hear that the earrings were not suitable for you. They are made in a standard adult earring size, and this is the first time we have received feedback that they were too small to wear, so we were disappointed to hear of your experience.
For hygiene reasons, we do not usually accept returns of earrings. However, in this instance, we were happy to make an exception and accept a return, provided the earrings were sent back to us.
