Excellent Service
My son has just started University in Nottingham and like many young adults being poorly so far away from home for the first time was a new experience. After calling me with a fever, vomiting and swollen, exudating tonsils, for 3 days it seemed logical to me that after trying OTC medications he would likely need antibiotics. I work in healthcare and to be honest have had negative feedback from my patients about our local pharmacy first scheme so was sceptical when googling and finding this service on line. However, the booking was simple, the pharmacist was on line within a few minutes of my son dialling in. He was kind and understanding and most of all reassured my son. The necessary medication was prescribed and dispatched and within 18 hours was delivered to my son’s uni halls.
I am now a less anxious mum, with a son who is now recovering and I would like to thank you for an absolutely excellent service.

Video consult started on time, very professional, asked the right questions and prescription posted out to my home via Royal Mail for next day delivery. Stress and hassle free - thank you.

Awful
Awful I had an appointment for 9:10 had an email informing me my appointment has been changed to 10:00. Waited till then nothing contacted at 10:30 as had heard nothing. Contacted again advised to cancel the appointment then rebook. Did this for 11 am. Still nothing once again contacted and received a phone call and it was dealt with waste of a morning.

Wow amazing experience with my appointment, great care for patients. The lady was helpful and listened to everything I explained about my condition. Great advice and my prescription will be with me in no time. Excellent Service
What an excellent service to the wider communities. When I made the online appointment I was a bit dubious. I need not have feared. The pharmacist was online at the stipulated time. He listened, asked a few more questions after having read my notes, asked me to show him the blisters from the insect bites, and explained in detail what was needed. He said the antibiotics will be with me the next day, and it was! Impressive service, and I would highly recommend it. Professional and efficient.

Wow what a brilliant service this is
Wow what a brilliant service this is, appointment booked and on time, the pharmacist was so helpful, listened, was caring and also explained things in detail. A very polite man who made me feel at ease immediately. Prescription sorted and will be delivered to my home. Felt just as comfortable as dealing with my GP and didn’t feel rushed or under any pressure when explaining my symptoms.
