If I could give this company zero…
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They are not only incompetent but potentially incredibly dangerous. The needles for mounjaro come loose in the envelope every time. And when a damaged item & missing wipes & needles was reported, 2 weeks later I am still without the missing items or a response to all of my emails on the matter. I have however received some more needles, again loose in an envelope, and to my surprise a pack of supermarket dettol antibacs! Not medical standard and potentially very dangerous if used to sterilise a needle. Avoid at all costs.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing, despite being assured I would receive antibiotics the following day, they were not dispatched. The delay in taking required medication can have quite serious implications, therefore I will not be using this company again.

I had a fantastic experience with my recent consultation. I booked the appointment online the evening before, which was quick and straightforward.
The video consultation took place exactly on time, and the pharmacist I spoke with was both friendly and very knowledgeable. They listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made the whole experience feel professional and reassuring.
My prescription was also sent out promptly, which made the process seamless from start to finish.
Overall, an excellent service convenient, efficient, and patient-focused. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again.
