I was unsure that this was actually…
I was unsure that this was actually legit as it was so easy and straight forward, my appointment lasted 5mins diagnosed straight away and as promised my antibiotics arrived early the next morning, a lot easier than attempting to get in at the doctors for things like tonsillitis!

Fast, efficient, great service
I have never used this service before but was really impressed with both the speed of the process and the assistance I got from the pharmacist who dealt with me. It was efficient, thorough and speedy. I would recommend this service instead of waiting in GP queues for medical issues that can be dealt with by a pharmacist.

Had a 20 minute consultation on…
Had a 20 minute consultation on Thursday 29th January and they said a nasal spray would help me. Said I would receive next day delivery. 5 days later and no package has been received. Contacted the company twice and not received any response.

Efficient, professional, kind
What an amazing service - pharmacist was able to ring earlier than the slot I booked, and did a quick, efficient and friendly consultation with me and my daughter who had tonsilitis. Saved me in a phone queue to the GP, saved dragging my little one out in the rain and cold, and hopefully saved the GP's time for someone with a more serious issue. Would highly recommend - thanks again.

Space of received a prescription two…
Space of received a prescription two weeks ago still not received it was promised I would receive it this Saturday absolutely disappointed which I’m gonna be putting a complaint into the medical bold because of the situation. I’m still waiting for the antibiotics still no better still can’t see my doctor.

It would be useful if you could have the option to pick up from local pharmacy rather than postage only. Also I had a 2nd appointment booked - the pharmacist called me to say they couldn't do it because I would need to talk to my GP and said they would cancel the appointment - they didn't.... I was left with an email saying I hadn't turned up.......

Easy to register and arrange an appointment. Prompt response and spoke to a real person. Great service and outcome, will definitely be using your service again, as a working person it's so difficult to get to see a Doctor for simple stuff .

I am very pleased with this service. My video consultation didn’t quite work so she phoned me instead and was so helpful. I hope to receive my medication in the post tomorrow.

An amazing service……
Wow! What an amazing service. As I was unable to get a GP appointment without a 2 weeks wait, I searched the internet in desperation as I was feeling so poorly. I’m so glad I did. I was apprehensive at first and my expectations were pretty low to be honest. However, I was most impressed by how easy and how quick it was to get an appointment with a very knowledgeable pharmacist who was friendly and understanding, taking his time to thoroughly assess my symptoms. I felt in very good hands and the medication was despatched literally within 5 minutes of the call ending. I will most definitely use this service again and have already recommended it to friends.
