Just renewed
It was time to renew and I didn't want to change provider as I was very happy with London Power.
There are some slightly cheaper options but it's better to pay a bit more for a greener option and decent service.
Speaking of good service, I needed to contact LP to answer one question before I renewed and was happy that Connor came back to me promptly with all the information I needed.

I have signed up for a very competitive dual-fuel tariff for which I pay a bit more in order to support London Power's environmental initiatives.
Administration of my account is simplicity itself; any queries are promptly handled.
Great Service and cheap prices
My fixed term was ending and I contacted London Power to find out my options if I decided to stay with them. I received a prompt reply with a quote for my best option. I then checked it on two comparison websites and the proposed annual cost was cheaper with London Power than others. I emailed my acceptance and on the same day it was all sorted out for me.
I'm therefore very pleased to stay with London Power who's service is second to none that I have encountered before in my 53 years of paying for power.

Great service from London Power. Sophie my advisor today was friendly and efficient in responding to and actioning my request. I am now going my second year with London Power as my duel fuel provider and have no complaints. Billing is competitive and transparent and any queries are dealt with in a timely manner. As someone working in energy management I've had the misfortune of dealing with very many different energy companies over the years.
Hands down, the very best I've come across, is London Power. They always fast responders, and always very helpful. Today, I was helped by Sophie who helped me with my default meter reading date.

Lower cost fixed tariffs than Octopus, but with customer service and website/app experience provided by Octopus, it's a win/win/win!
