Tolles Haus mit Charm und sehr guter Ausstattung
Es was ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem tollem Haus mit Charm und sehr guter Ausstattung!
Speziell hervorzuheben ist, dass es im Haus nie heiß geworden ist und der Außenbereich mit Kochmöglichkeit vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen nutzbar war, weil er immer perfekt im Schatten war. Auch extrem positiv war, dass überall funktionierende Insektenschutzgitter angebracht waren.

Wunderschöne Villa - nicht korrekte Angabe aber
Die Villa ist wunderschön und modern. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum.
Leider wird auf der Homepage angegeben, dass das Haus 6 Schlafzimmer und 6 Badezimmer hat. Das ist nicht korrekt. Das 6. Schlafzimmer ist nur eine ausziehbare Couch und hat KEIN Badezimmer. Es gibt nur ein separates WC im Haus, jedoch ohne Dusche oder Badewanne. 4 Personen müssen sich somit ein Badezimmer teilen.
Weiters wird angegeben, dass es eine Eiswürfelmaschine gibt, die es aber ebenfalls nicht gibt, was nicht so schlimm ist.
Die Badezimmer Situation war aber sehr ärgerlich, da wir explizit ein Haus mit 6 Schlaf - und Badezimmern gesucht und anhand diesen Kriterien auch eigentlich gebucht hatten..

Auch Ihren Hinweis zur angegebenen Eiswürfelmaschine nehmen wir selbstverständlich ernst.
Eine korrekte und transparente Darstellung unserer Ferienvillen in Kroatien ist für My Luxoria sehr wichtig. We had a great time, Josip (the host) was extremely friendly. He recommended some of the best beaches and places to visit in the area. He also brought us fresh fruit and veg from his garden several times. The house was very clean with all the amenities and it is also located in a very quiet area. We would highly recommend

Top Haus mit Schwächen im Detail
Keine Erreichbarkeit am Wochenende. Das sollte zumindest während der Hauptsaison gewährleistet sein.
Ich habe keine Mail erhalten mit den Zugangsdaten des Vermieters. Es schadet nicht, die Mail innerhalb einer Woche zu Erinnerung zu wiederholen.
Das Haus an sich war einwandfrei, sehr schön geräumig und technisch in sehr gutem Zustand.
Allerdings wurde der Pool (sehr dreckig) erst am Dienstag Abend gemacht so dass wir ihn erst am Mittwoch zur Mittagszeit benutzen konnten. Damit fehlten uns komplette 3 Tage. Darüberhinaus waren insbesondere das Bad im Obergeschoss übersäht mit Fliegen. Wir mussten erstmal Saugen um die Fliegen zu beseitigen. Da hat offensichtlich das Housekeeping nicht stattgefunden.
Kurze Info, wann der Müll abgeholt wird, wäre schön und sinnvoll gewesen.
Insgesamt ein absolutes Traumhaus, mit Schwächen im Detail.
Fazit: bei einem Haus dieser Preisklasse dürfen solche Versäumnisse nicht passieren. Zumal in der Vorsaison wir teurer gebucht hatten, als später mit einem Preisnachlass von 40%.

Insbesondere bei einer Villa dieser Kategorie verstehen wir Ihre Erwartung, dass der Pool bei Anreise einwandfrei nutzbar ist und das Haus vollständig für die Gäste vorbereitet wurde. Ihre Hinweise zum Pool, zur Sauberkeit im Badezimmer und zur fehlenden Information bezüglich der Müllabholung nehmen wir daher sehr ernst und werden diese Punkte mit dem Eigentümer bzw. dem zuständigen Team vor Ort besprechen.
Auch Ihre Rückmeldung zu unserer Erreichbarkeit und den Kontaktdaten des Vermieters ist für uns wichtig. Gerade während der Hauptreisezeit sind klare Informationen vor der Anreise und eine zuverlässige Kommunikation entscheidend für einen entspannten Villa-Urlaub in Kroatien. Ihren Vorschlag, wichtige Anreiseinformationen zusätzlich nochmals als Erinnerung zu versenden, nehmen wir gerne auf.
Bezüglich der später angebotenen Preisreduzierung möchten wir ergänzen, dass sich Villenpreise je nach Zeitraum, Verfügbarkeit und aktuellen Buchungskonditionen verändern können. Wir verstehen dennoch, dass ein später deutlich niedrigerer Preis aus Gästesicht enttäuschend sein kann.

We’re very pleased with our stay at the villa! The location is good, about 2 km from the beach so very easy and cheap to book a Bolt or Uber. Close to InterSpar, about 3-4 minutes walk 👍 Nada was very helpful with everything! Great for families and large friend groups!

The place was great
We stayed in Villa Corallis in Zukve, Vrsi. The place was great, very chill and relaxing, we swam in the pool all day long and watched some nice movies on the big TV in between. Shops and Sea are really close by.
