Our stay at Villa Bilo Idro was truly exceptional from beginning to end.
We booked the villa to celebrate a birthday, and honestly, we could not have chosen a better place. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. We received a very warm welcome, and the entire process, including the security deposit and check-in, was straightforward, professional, and stress-free.
The villa itself is absolutely stunning. Not only is the property beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, but the views are breathtaking as well. One of our favorite features was the private access to the sea just a few minutes’ walk away. While it is not a traditional beach, it is a wonderful spot to relax, swim, and jump directly into the crystal-clear water. It felt like having our own little piece of paradise.
The location is also excellent. Supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you might need during your stay are conveniently nearby, while the villa still offers plenty of privacy and tranquility.
What made this stay so special was the overall experience. The villa is much more than just accommodation—it creates the perfect setting for spending quality time with friends and family and making unforgettable memories.

The villa is fine. The communication with the landlord is not.
Villa Adria is fine. Unfortunately, we were only informed on the day of our arrival that the access road to the villa was closed due to roadworks and that we couldn't park in front of the house. We were also assured via WhatsApp on the day of our arrival that there would be no construction noise.
We had to lug our extensive luggage across a torn-up road to the house and endured construction noise for two days. The owner also refused to install the sunshade on the sunbed because it had rained recently, it might rain again, and it was the off-season. As a result, we had too few sun loungers with shade by the pool. We wish we had been informed about the roadworks earlier. Then we might have been able to rebook to a different house.

Villa Sound of Silence je bila ljubav na prvi pogled te smo njeno čarobno imanje planirali kao lokaciju iz snova za naše vjenčanje. Iako su nas vremenske nepogode u tome naposlijetku spriječile, boravak cijele naše obitelji na ovoj divnoj i mirnoj oazi okruženom maslinama i netaknutom prirodom, ostat će u sjećanju svima za cijeli život!
Sami smo pronašli lokaciju, tražeći potencijalne ville koje nude organiziranje događaja uz zahtjev. Agencija je bila uvijek tu za komunikaciju, pomoć i odgovore te nas je povezala s domaćinom čiji je pristup i susretljivost te spremnost da budu uz nas i pomognu nam u svim koracima kako boravka tako i organizacije događanja bila izvanredna, topla, iskrena, srdačna i gostoljubiva i mi smo s još većim isčekivanjem čekali naš dolazak u villu i početak našeg velikog tjedna.
Boravak je prošao izvrsno i teško je sve opisati riječima. Taj osjećaj i tu ljepotu treba doživjeti, a mi smo otišli pomalo tužni što je sve prebrzo prošlo, ali ispunjene duše i srca…
Nadamo se da ćemo se jednog dana opet vratiti!

Die Betreuung durch Milena vor Ort war sehr gut.
Sprachlich als auch kompetent.
Die Villa ist wunderschön, allerdings hätten wir einige Verbesserungsvorschläge :
1. Es gibt nur 1 deutschen Fernsehkanal - das ist im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern einfach zu wenig
2. Im Bad gibt es zu wenig Aufhänger für Handtücher, Bademäntel etc.
Ansonsten war alles großartig - Lage traumhaft, Aussenbereich sehr schön und gepflegt.

More than just accommodation: Our dream holiday in Opatija
We chose Villa Alta Vista in Opatija and couldn't be happier with our choice. The booking process was simple and completely straightforward. Upon arrival, we were immediately thrilled – the accommodation is truly a dream. The pictures online don't exaggerate at all; on the contrary, everything is even more beautiful in person.
We would especially like to commend our host, Dajana. From the very first moment, she made us feel warmly welcomed. With her friendly and attentive manner, she was always available and readily available to answer our questions and fulfill our requests. She also gave us fantastic restaurant and excursion recommendations that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Pepera. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einer modernen Architektur, tollen Möbeln und super gestalteten Aussenbereich. Alles sehr hochwertig und extrem sauber. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, schon der Kontakt per WhatsApp am Vorabend war sehr einladend. Nach Kommunikation der Ankunftszeit wartet der Vermieter bereits am Haus, zeigte uns alles und überraschte uns mit Snacks und gekühlten Getränken. Auch ein früherer Checkout war kein Problem und wir konnten uns immer per Whatapp melden. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Zimmer und der Wohnraum lassen keine Wünsche übrig.
Die Besitzer sind die freundlichsten Menschen die wir kennen lernen dürften,lesen einen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und stehen einen 24/7 mit Rat u.Tat zur Seite.
Einfach ein perfekter Urlaub.

Villa and owner were very ok.
Villa and owner were very ok.
We were disappointed because of the fact that there were other buildings in front of the villa which buildings were not on the pictures. It seemed that the pictures that were used were old..Also there was construction going on which made some extra noise. Agent My Luxoria didn’t compensate a little bit and told me that I had to discuss this with the owner.

AVOID— book directly with the villa…
AVOID— book directly with the villa owner instead. You’ll get a much better price, more flexibility, and far better service.
After booking for a few years in a row, this company now, can barely be called an agency anymore — it feels like nothing more than an automated email/SMS system with zero customer care. They charge for what seems to be automated messages, while providing little actual service.
The biggest issue? Complete lack of communication. You end up speaking with 4 different people, and none of them seem to know what was agreed with someone else.
It’s especially disappointing because this used to be a great agency with genuinely high-end customer service. Now it’s an absolute mess and a very frustrating experience.

Großartige Villa
Großartige Villa. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts.
Alles sehr sauber. Leider hat das willkommenspaket, die strandtücher und das Kaffee- Kaffeekapselpaket gefehlt.
Sollte nicht in der Anzeige stehen wenn man es dann nicht bekommt.
Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieterin war nicht Vorort aber per telefon und Messenger sehr gut zu erreichen.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt…
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Villa in Kroatien. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir begeistert: alles war blitzsauber und mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man spürt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herz bei der Sache ist.
Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – groß, gepflegt und perfekt zum Entspannen oder für eine erfrischende Abkühlung zwischendurch. Auch für ausreichend Platz war gesorgt – ob drinnen oder draußen, man konnte sich wunderbar entfalten und einfach die Ruhe genießen.
Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer – ideal, um den Alltag hinter sich zu lassen und richtig abzuschalten.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten uns perfekt erholen. Diese Villa ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies – wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🌴
