Very smooth and streamlined process
Very smooth and streamlined process. I was able to pick up my insulin the same day. Doctor also provided information on how to better manage blood sugar and cholesterol.

I have been using this service for a while and I love how I can just go to the web site and talk to a doctor and have my meds within 2 days .

Excellent experience
This process was simple, easy, and fast. The stress involved in getting RXs refilled for a chronic condition during a move and in between providers is exhausting. I had no idea this even existed but I am so grateful!

Quick and easy
I needed a refill but not able to see regular doctor for my thyroid medication. I decided to try and I was taken care of same day refills. Simple and easy, I was so grateful due to the fact that I can't be without this daily medication. I'm very pleased.

According to our records, your medication refill request was submitted on October 20, 2025. Within 16 minutes of you accessing the secure patient portal, the assigned provider sent a follow-up message requesting additional information. You responded initially, and the provider then sent a subsequent message seeking further clarification.
Because our medication refill service is asynchronous, there are times when more details are required beyond the initial intake form. In certain cases, a video visit may be the most appropriate next step. In this instance, it appears that our last message in the portal did not receive a response.
We understand you mentioned that “no one ever contacted me.” If this refers to contact by phone or email, please note that our primary communication channel is the secure patient portal, which ensures patient privacy and timely responses. Since there were no issues with portal access in your case, all communication was handled there.
We pride ourselves on being responsive and committed to patient care, and we regret that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We’d be happy to discuss this further to ensure your needs are met and to assist with your request.
